The purpose of Durham Business Group is to support and champion businesses, and business people, in the North East of England – building relationships, fostering collaboration, and celebrating success.
Established in 1981 as a non-profit organisation to support small businesses, our range of members and clients now embraces everything from one-person start-ups to large corporates, but our focus on promoting North East business – and the values that inspire what we do – remain unchanged.
Durham Business Group has three areas of activity: Durham Business Club; The Executive Group; and Durham Office Services.
Durham Business Club is a membership-based business networking organisation that provides a friendly, welcoming forum for North East business people to build fulfilling relationships, both though our regular events and our online networks.
Meetings are relaxed and informal, and held twice a month in interesting venues across County Durham and Tyne & Wear – with no scary sales pitches or hidden charges. It’s all about meeting people old and new, building a rapport, and taking it from there. Membership is currently just £220 per year plus VAT.
