Consett Citizens Choir was formed in 1949 by William E. Westgarth M.B.E and continues to celebrate over 70 years of quality choral music in Consett. We are a mixed-voice adult choir who take great pride and pleasure in our singing, and you’re guaranteed a warm friendly atmosphere at one of our concerts. Each year we present a summer and Christmas concert, as well as singing at smaller events throughout the year, alongside a lively social calender!
