Crooked Oak Crafts
Hello, my name is Stephanie Winter and I’m owner of Crooked Oak Crafts a handmade gifts business based from my home in Consett.
I originally started crafting as a hobby in 2013. Over the past few years I started to sell in local shops and online, and was able to set up as a small business in April 2021 after alot of support from customers during lockdown.
Some of the items I create include, decoupaged, vases, coasters, bottle light slate hearts and more, etched glasses, pencil frames, crayons (UKCE tested), cards, vinyl items and loads more. I have hundreds of designs available, I am proud to say i only use designs i have permission to use, and never use copyright images. I’m available most Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays for items to be created and collected, as I also work in childcare, im not around Monday-Thursday but I can still be contacted via social media or email on these days, and I will get back to orders and questions as soon as possible.
Orders usually take on average 2-3 weeks (dependingon the amount of orders at that time). Orders can also be personalised, to create that extra special gift.
I have a 5* review on all social media & selling platforms, and im happy to help in anyway I can to create that perfect item for all my customers. Every order I receive makes me do a little happy dance, and I am grateful for all the support I receive.
At the end of October 2023 I travelled to an award ceremony at Manchester and my business won Best Product Business of the Year. There was 14 other finalists from around the country, and I still can believe I won.
