Photo Exhibition – Sons and Daughter of Leadgate 2025
Photo Exhibition – Sons and Daughter of Leadgate – 2025
St Ives Church will be hosting a photo exhibition between Friday 28th and Sunday 30th November 2025.
This is the culmination of a year long Documentary Photo Project in Leadgate called Sons and Daughters of Leadgate.
This will be a documentary portrait of the well-known, much-loved characters who have shaped and are still shaping the social history of Leadgate. They are hoping to rope in every corner of the village to ensure they capture the true essence of Leadgate life.
They will be teaming up with schools, care homes, sports clubs, history societies, Churches and shops too.
Picture this: individual images of local legends popping up in shops, schools, and other spots around the village, all leading to a grand exhibition in the village.
It’s going to be a heart-warming reunion, a celebration of Leadgate in all its quirky glory!
They are also having a Photo Quiz with hidden photos in the shops and premises around the village.
