SwingFit with Cathy I have a SwingFit class for ladies 55 +. The session takes place on a Monday at Citizen house, Consett at 5.30pm. Gentle exercise with high impact. Dance along with me to swing music from 1930 to present day. £7 per hour. Places are available contact me or pop a long.
